Justine Santos is an award-winning Strategy Director with over a decade of experience in advertising. She has worked within general market & multicultural agencies on versatile categories including (but not limited to): government (2020 US Census, US Army, USPS),  telecom (Xfinity, Verizon, AT&T), automotive (Honda, Acura, Lexus, Toyota, Nissan), CPG (Foster Farms, The Clorox Company, Pampers), retail (Target, JCPenney) & beauty (Ulta, Margot Elena).

Justine is a Pinay Cal Yorker (born in the Philippines, grew up in Southern California, & enjoys the pace, culture and community-mindedness of NYC). Her number one hobby is eating. Otherwise, you can find her chronically viewing RuPaul’s Drag Race (& related content), crafting, ogling art/design at museums/galleries, hopping between stages at music festivals, singing off-key at karaoke, avoiding the front row at comedy shows, being a novice surfer, trying to convince you to join her on a bike-aoke adventure or leaving it all on the dance floor.
